Register at signup.php?role=client > Go to Dashboard > Click on "Find Freelancer" > Check profiles and chat directly > Hire. Your payment goes to Freelancerjobs.in's secure escrow, not directly to the freelancer. It is released only after you approve the work.
2. Is my payment refundable?
Yes, 100% refundable. Until you approve the work, your money stays safely in our Razorpay Escrow account. If you are not satisfied, you can Reject the delivery and get an instant refund.
3. How to start earning as a freelancer?
Register at signup.php?role=freelancer > Complete your profile with skills and portfolio > Go to "Find Work" section > Send proposals to clients. Once a client approves your proposal, the project moves to your workspace. Submit the work and get paid after client approval.
4. When will I get my payment?
As soon as the client approves your submitted work, the payment is instantly added to your Freelancerjobs.in wallet. You can withdraw it via UPI or Bank Transfer within 24 hours.
5. Is payment safe? What is Razorpay Escrow?
Yes, 100% safe via Razorpay Escrow. Client's payment doesn't go directly to the freelancer. It is held securely by Freelancerjobs.in in escrow. It is released to the freelancer only after the client approves the work. This protects both parties.
6. What is the platform fee?
For Clients: 5% service fee. For Freelancers: Free plan - 10%, Pro plan - 5%, Elite plan - 0% commission.
7. What are the membership plans?
Free Plan: 10 proposals/month, 10% fee.
Pro Plan ₹499: 50 proposals/month, 5% fee, verified badge.
Elite Plan ₹999: Unlimited proposals, 0% fee, top search visibility.
8. After membership, dashboard shows 404 error?
If you paid and see a 404, check your freelancer folder. If the file name is index.php, copy it and create a new file named dashboard.php. Or use the latest payment.php I gave you which has auto-redirect fix.
